  - At +5.0volts current consumption is 13ma Active, 8ma Waiting and 50ęa in SLEEP State
  - 8 filtered Analog inputs with hysteresis for Battery Temperature, Voltage & current
    monitoring, system hot spot and ambient temperatures and RTC/NT124SL Battery level.
  - Integrated Battery Management [NiMH & NiCD] : Monitoring, Charge, Discharge with time,
    voltage & temperature limits, V/t, T/t and -V charging with battery burping.
  - Auto-Sensoring and Concurrent use of External Keyboard, Keypad or PS/2 Mouse
  - Quick-Lock, Password, illegal movement input sensor and Alarm output Security Functions
  - System Management PC Bus Interface (SMI) and Command Set compatible to 8042 interface
  - Fully upward compatible with the NT124SL IC, adding support for operating in either 8042 
    Host Bus or Serial keyboard interface modes, and analog (resistor) keyboard mode.
  - The Host system can access and control all NT124SLB IC I/O and internal registers in both
    Host and Serial modes. As a result improved system performance and custom features are
    easily added without hardware re-design through the BIOS and PC software.
